GEM help is organized based on the needs of two primary user groups -- Clients and the Service Providers (which include all GDLN Affiliates).
Note that a GDLN Affiliate who is a Service Provider, might also be a Client for certain Events. In such a case, the Client section of the help would also be useful for them.
